Weekly Commitments
I have gymnastics class mostly twice a week. I also do heavy stretching once a week. In addition, I aim to do one core workout and one lower body workout. I had acl surgery 3 years ago and I still maintain weight training to tackle a slight muscle imbalance in my right knee. I also do one park run a week.
Holidays
I have not trips planned currently, although if I do go abroad, I am happy to maintain running/stretching/core.
