Nope. Just running. And the occasional hill walk.
Holidays
Manchester Marathon 19th April. This should not interfere with a 16 week training plan.
Recent Training
Preparing for Manchester. Caught flu which has lost me two weeks but hope to be doing 15 mile long run this Sunday and trimming the remainder of my training to collapsing time frames. I run three times a week supplemented by two days of strength training. Squats, lunges, single leg lifts, calf raises and planks.
