I have assumed you are doing the 50km version of the event. If it is longer we'll need to do some more walking so I can tweak the plan. If it is shorter then we have the option of brining the length of some walks down a bit. There is definitely space in the plan for your gym classes. Replace the cross training and / or conditioning with those.
