๐ Pre-Plan Note
The Monday-Wednesday running club is going to be absolutely fine, especially during the pre-training plan. I just wonder about during the main plan, when the long runs get longer, as to that, because I don't know how intense those two sessions are. What we don't want is a big long run and then an intense training session the next day. If you let me know how this plan goes, we can adjust.
