Weekly Commitments
Football every Tuesday evening for half an hour. Also visit gym three times a week, and incorporate at least a one hour week on a Monday or Friday lunch time.
Holidays
Holiday 10-13 April so far. Nothing else at the moment.

Average three 30-60 minute treadmill walks a week, minimum one 60 minute walk in local area every week, 30 mins football once a week.
