Weekly Commitments
I always have Salsa classes on Wednesday or Thursdays. Based on that, I move my Gym days a bit around. Tuesdays I am part of a running club where we run 5k.

๐Ÿ“ Pre-Plan Note

With your plan, what I have done is put your running club in on a Tuesday and then added in another two to three runs a week. My suggestion is that you add in your salsa and other gym days to hit that. What I want to avoid, though, is doing a long run on a Sunday, followed by a fast-speed run on a Monday, and then another run on the Tuesday, because that's three days of running back-to-back, often a bit harder and bigger. I think that's just too much training, so we want to portion it out a little bit. You'll have a really good sense of what training you can do as well, so please just let me know and we can adjust things as we need.
