Weekly Commitments
Yes, I train regularly. I do strength training at the gym several times a week, swim consistently, and practise yoga for flexibility and recovery. I am also incorporating structured running sessions as part of my half marathon training
Holidays
Yes โ as I run and manage nurseries, there may be occasional work commitments, including inspections or key meetings, which can temporarily affect training intensity. I may also have short family travel periods, but I plan to maintain lighter training (walking, gym, or hotel treadmill sessions) during those times. I do not currently have any races booked that would interfere with my half marathon preparation, and I am committed to adjusting my schedule to stay consistent with the plan.
