Recent Training
I have been using a runna plan which has had me doing 18-21k long runs and then two others each week (an easy and a tempo in the 8-10k realm) I had a couple weeks off due to illness.

With the injury, my thinking is that we don't run for the next two weeks, but we do lots of cross-training so that we can mimic long runs and keep the endurance being built. Then I've tried to be as small as possible about the reintroduction of running, but we can always adjust this and do a little bit less or a little bit more depending on where we're at. Please let me know how that all looks.
