I'm not sure whether the training this week is too aggressive. In which case, we will very much need to adjust it down. Please do let me know.
Also, I'm happy to build running club in part. I need to know what days you do that.
Finally, with your holiday in April, are you going to be away for all of it or will it be possible to do any training? I've kept in what a training week would look like, but we can certainly adapt.
