Weekly Commitments
Netball on a Monday, 5k family runs on a Sunday. I tend to strength train at home Monday, Wednesday and Fridays but just Apple Fitness sessions. It's easiest for me to run at lunchtimes.
Holidays
Away with work 10th and 11th Feb with no chance of training those days. No holidays or other races.
Recent Training
3 strength per week and 1 x 5k per week. Ran 10 miles in October but only 5ks since

I've kept your family 5K in on a Sunday and moved the long run to a Saturday in the week. See the 5K as a really nice addition but certainly not something you have to do. You can always do the long run Sunday and build in the family 5km as part of it.
