๐ Main Plan Note
Really helpful to get the extra info with your email. The plan likely is similar in terms of a long run, threshold interval, and some slightly quicker intervals within the week. I'm aware that you're preparing for an Ironman in June, so you'll want to use the cross-training sessions for either the bike or a swim. But I will leave that up to you as how you think best fits it all in the week.
It does sound like you're very good at listening to your body, and I would suggest that the next 11-12 weeks want to be focused on the marathon side of things. There's still plenty of time to add the extra bike in, especially afterwards. Our plans do include a half marathon race, and we don't have to do this, especially with you being perhaps limited on time with travel and some race experience. So if you don't want to do it, let me know and we can take that out, or we could use that as a long bike weekend, for example.
I hope this helps, but look forward to hearing your thoughts.
