if you do end up being unwell we can absolutely adjust the plan, so please do keep in touch. With you doing strength sessions on a Tuesday and Sunday. I have got your long runs on a Saturday and running training sessions on a Monday, Wednesday. I hope that flow will work, but if not, do let me know. I hope that 120 minutes as a long run is a suitable starting point but if we need to adjust I certainly can.
