I have built this plan without any football in mind, to give you an idea of what training could look like without it. We will have to make adjustments to the plan to fit the football in if you are going to be playing. We can either move the long run to Saturday and shift the week around like that, or find another day that works for you. Please just let me know and we can take it from there.
