no structured training. I just go out for fun up to 3 times a week at a gentle pace (5.30/km) - sometimes for 8km or longer (i.e. 20km) but have a good base (used to cycle very intensely in the past so I pick up training pretty quick). My plan was to run 3 or 4 times a week but do a lot more work with strength and mobility/balance to avoid injuries.
