Running club Tuesday morning. Circuits class Wednesday evening. Parkrun Saturday morning. I sometimes join a Sunday run group for long slow run.

1. Half marathon 07/02/26 2. Weekend away 27/02-01/03/26 3. 20 mile race 08/03/26 4. 20 mile race 22/03/26 5. Weekend in Dublin 02-05/04/26 I usually have Thursdays off but in January I'm working them all.

I have sent the plan without running club on a Tuesday as I wasnt sure what sort of session that was. If you look at the plan we can think about how best to add that in during the week. I have got parkrun in on most Saturdays as an easy run. The only issue I see with the weekends away is fitting one last long run in, I have suggested the Monday you are back from Dublin but happy to move based on what you think.
