Weekly Commitments
I do two gym sessions a week. I also have access to a swimming pool and sauna.
Holidays
I have annual leave between the 21st and 10th December (I will be in a place where I can run). I also have annual leave 21st February to 1st March. I am skiing. I'll be very active but will not be able to run.
Recent Training
I run 3 times a week. 2 run 3-6 miles. Long run has been 8 miles. Can run a half marathon tomorrow. Been focusing more on gym, swimming and walking in the last month.
