Weekly Commitments
I travel for work so when travelling I will need to work out at the hotel, otherwise I can allocate a couple of hours per day as average. Weekly time commitment is approximately a couple of hours per day. Other commitments include PT sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays. Rest Days: Thursday. Long Run: Saturday. Biggest Challenge: I found running a very social activity and I may need to run alone, but I don't think there is anything you can do to help with this :)
Holidays
I have a week holiday to Egypt from 11th to 18th Feb, but I plan to keep running during that time.

📋 Main Plan Note

I think that this plan takes into account all the weekly commitments you have, but if not do let me know. I am aware you have had Thursday as a rest day but I was hoping that on some weeks you could do a second run training session on that day, the other being the Monday or Tuesday. We then have Saturday as a long run. If that isn’t going to work then do let me know. With the long runs, I wasn’t sure if you wanted to use a run / walk strategy or not. I have put that in there but if you would rather do them without you absolutely can.
