With your 5K Saturday runs - if you would like to keep them in do let me know and I can add them into the plan. The 2x Weekly spin classes are fantastic, and replace the cross training or a rest day with this. Doing the 20 mins of weights 3 times a week is also awesome, but add that in as you can. All I will say is that we want to make sure we are getting a good rest day in a week too to allow for the training to really take effect.
