I have hyrox class training 1-2 times a week. I also gym about 3-4 times a week and run 2-3 times a week

Nope just Christmas 🤣 I would Love to train and keep fit during it though

I have been trying to do 3-5k every week around 2 times a week and then once a week I try a longer run like 7k,8k,9k,10k. I have been training slowly for around 6 weeks now doing around 3 runs weekly
