Running 3/4 times a week including one short run one medium run and one at a longer distance. I really would love the plan to start from now if possible. I was following a plan recently but I’ve kind of gone beyond that plan and would prefer to have a longer plan which I know the marathon is 23/24 weeks away, but it would suit me better if possible.
