I work 8-4pm normal work days I work Part time/Casual evenings and weekends (sometimes nights) a few time a month I like Spinning at the gym on Monday evenings and I tutor Maths on Tuesday at 5pm
Holidays
I am going to Australia for 4 weeks on the 14th March - I plan to train while I am there
Recent Training
Currently I am able to run a comfortable 5k - did a 10k last month and also have one booked in for mid November but have had a dip in training recently
