Weekly Commitments
I have swimming on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evening but tend to only do 1 a week. I try to go to the gym and train legs 2-3 times a week also.
Holidays
I am a uni student and so my days are usually very busy. At christmas time is deadline season so I might be quite busy during the days. I also have a part time job which shifts are typically either all day or until late at night.
