Weekly Commitments
I work a Monday night and a Saturday day 12.5 hour shifts. I usually try and run on a Tuesday for the long run, then a Thursday/friday and Sunday
Holidays
I have a 10k race on 02/11/25 and a half marathon on 23/11/25 but thatโ€™s it
Recent Training
I have been doing 2 small runs and one bigger run each work. This week was 5k, 12k 7k.
