๐Ÿ“Š Training Background

Weekly Commitments
Netball training on Tuesdays between 6:30-7:30, Wednesday in the afternoon but not at known times and Sunday between 4-6. I also generally have 9-5 university every day, and some of this is up to an hours commute away.
Holidays
I will be abroad most likely towards the end of August, potentially in Africa, and also on holiday for a week over Xmas 13-20th December.
Recent Training
I have not completed any running training in the past 6-8 weeks but have recently been walking an average of 15-20,000 steps every day at mixed elevation.
