Weekly Commitments
Table Tennis Thursday Mornings at 7am, Padel Wednesday evenings at 8pm, I can do cardio on these days as I used to do cardio and play these sports on same day. I will also go to the gym twice a week for weights around the schedule you make for me.
Holidays
22nd February I will be on my honeymoon for 3 weeks in St.Lucia. there will be a big gym on the resort.
