Weekly Commitments
Gym strength training 2 x per week. Full body sessions. Also recently started incorporating cross trainer to improve endurance low impact due to a weak knee (which is currently fine)
Holidays
Alton towers 10k november 15th 2025. 2 week holiday 20th november 2025. Its likely to be roughly 35 degrees so I think training will be kept to a minimum if at all.
Recent Training
Not training as such. Ive been working on strength and cardio using the cross trainer due to an old knee injury so trying to increase strength and endurance with low impact.
📝 Pre-Plan Note
I have got some run / walking for the long runs for the first few weeks to manage the knee injury. Please do let me know how it all looks and I can adjust the plans if we need to.
