Recent Training
I go to the gym at least twice a week and run at least twice a week. My recent average run distances are anywhere between 2 and 5 miles. 5k is my regular during the week run. I have signed up for a 10k race at the end of October, and would like to another 10k event on 16th November. I will however be taking part in RED January, January 2026. This is something I have done for the past 6 years and intend to continue, which will incorporate training runs. More about RED January is here, https://join.redjanuary.com/.
