Weekly Commitments
The training plan I followed for the London Marathon was 3 runs a week. I could try to do 4, but 3 would be optimum because I have a busy schedule with my job and have to work late at times.

Nothing currently but I can be flexible with this and factor in runs to holidays if needed

I ran the London marathon this April but haven’t been running recently. I intend to start up again soon.
