Format: H:MM:SS or HH:MM:SS
Total minutes (e.g., 3:45:00 = 225 minutes)

🏃 Running Experience

Enter any PBs in H:MM:SS format (e.g., 0:22:30 for 5K)

🏥 Health Information

This information helps create a safer, more appropriate training plan.
